Vision
Our vision is to be a sustainable project and a leader in cultural promotion and development. To have a project that builds solid connections with the community with emphasis on communication processes, relationship building and strong partnerships. We offer a proactive, creative and helpful environment in which we strive for excellence through perseverance. We learn and build on our knowledge base with elevating and empowering programs. Our success is based on our inclusive attitude towards the project participants, fostering enthusiasm through listening to feedback and shared evaluation in order to look for new solutions.
Mission
To provide alternative educational opportunities to children and youth with limited educational choices and at risk of working in hazardous conditions with an emphasis on developing and promoting culture and to give access to the study and practice of art and crafts. To provide life skills, to children and youth at risk in order to develop confidence, make better decisions, take control of the direction of their lives, and be an example for others in the community.
